For a visa to engage in simple work, you must take and pass the Japanese government-sponsored proficiency tests in 12 fields, as well as pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 or higher. To obtain a working visa for either of these visas, you must find employment in Japan. Once you find a job, the company will arrange a working visa for you.
